LOCAL SOURCES AND INITIATIVES

The Council gets meager contributions from its 10-member churches. Apart from this, there are people of kind hearts who donate to the NCCP to help it continue to support its programs and operations.

For many years, the NCCP enjoyed generous financial support form overseas partners. Unfortunately, this has created a culture of dependence on the Council’s part. Halfway through 2001, we became painfully aware of the dwindling resources of the Council. The monetary scaffoldings of NCCP’s funding partners are no longer adequate. That painful awareness pushed us to take fund raising into our hands. And all of us — member churches, officers and staff — are taking responsibility to generate much needed resources in order to continue programs that impact the lives of people and community.

2006 has been declared the year of Bringing in the Sheaves and the Council is actively engaged in numerous fund raising projects to generate much needed funds so that it will be effective in delivering services to Christ’s people.

I wish to donate to NCCP
