An alternative media organization, established in 2001 after the Ouster of Estrada Administration. Bulatlat\u2019s mission has always been to inform the public about important issues, it seeks to reflect peoples views and stand on issues: human rights and civil liberties, national patrimony, workers and peasants rights, welfare and status of women, Indigenous people\u2019s collective rights and issues of the environment. It aims to contribute to the advocacy of fighting for truth, justice and assert the people\u2019s right to know and freedom of expression.<\/p>\n

Hustisya! (Victims United for Justice) is a national organization of victims of different forms\u00a0of political repression. It is also an association of relatives, friends of victims of political\u00a0killings or extrajudicial killings.<\/p>\n

It was established at the height of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo regime\u2019s political repression.\u00a0However, the systematic violent, repressive and deceitful state continue to condone\u00a0various forms of human rights abuses. The culture of impunity remains unabated. For this,\u00a0Hustisya remains as an organization of victims, and relatives of the victims of human rights\u00a0violations under any repressive government.<\/p>\n
